How & When
Suitable as a source of quick energy for any sport.
Each Jollos Mini bar has two pieces, and each piece contains 10 g of carbohydrates. Two pieces therefore equal one traditional energy gel.
During endurance exercise, eat two pieces every 20 minutes.
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40–60 g carbohydrates per hour – towards 40 g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90 g for higher intensity sessions.
The pack is easy to open on the move: just fold it open in the middle along the dotted line.
NOTE! Our Cola variant is now caffeine-free. We removed the caffeine because so many customers asked for it. Now this favourite flavour is suitable for everyone.
